Shipping & Returns

  • Destinations: We ship to virtually any country in the world. Note there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you.                                                                     
  • Shipping Costs: The shipping rates shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, courier rates may be higher than what we have listed on our site. In such cases we will inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order.
  • Shipping Availability Date:
    •  For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 1--3 business days after payment has been cleared.
    •  For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.
    •  You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.
  • Delivery Period of time: All shipments will be delivered via the shipping method you selected. For air courier, delivery time will generally take from 3 to 5 business days after the shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparing the order for shipping and shipping time, is typically 6 to 8 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date
  • Insurance:
    •  For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages during the transport process. Please contact Customer Services to inquire about insurance rates for your order.
    •  All items are carefully packed and addressed for export delivery. Should items become damage or lost during the transport process, Sourcing Gate  shall not be liable.
    •  In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services to initiate the claim. Ooh La La Beauty & Gifts   shall refund the cost or replace the item upon receiving confirmation from the insurance company for the compensation.

Customs clearance, import duties and VAT

  • Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
  • All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
  • Ooh La La Beauty & Gifts   shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Certifications

  • Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product. If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our Customer Services directly.

Return Policy

  • All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
  • You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 15 business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.
  • Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if the buyer reports the problems within 15 business days of delivery.
  • For all returns, the buyer must contact Ooh La La Beauty & Gifts   (Customer Services) in writing to describe reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit.
  • The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to Ooh La La Beauty & Gifts   for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.
  • The buyer shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when Ooh La La Beauty & Gifts   returns the replaced items to the buyer.
  • Ooh La La Beauty & Gifts   shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.
  • We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.
Other Terms & Conditions
  • We shall do our best to provide timely and helpful customer support to all interested buyers. If you find problems with our service, please contact us at Customer Services and we will try to resolve any problem immediately.
  • We reserve the rights to terminate any transactions and refund you the full payment.
  • We reserve the rights to modify our shipping and handling, return policy, and other terms and conditions without prior notice.
